Featured is the use of the Parks and Bike Paths. Scenes from Schenectady Rotterdam Niskayuna New York Central Park in Schenectady is a large park where many in the area walk run bike and rollerblade.

  • So true Dave. Man, there was a time where I was playing video games for days on end & after a while I felt like crap. Once I went to the beach & mowed the lawn etc the energy & good feelings came back. Because of my amount of recording I am at the p.c a lot but I always keep what you said in mind. It really does make a difference. I only wish I had the atmosphere you have, that would be a HUGE boost.

  • Hey Dave I trained with you when you had a school called elite kickboxing in NJ about 15 years ago. Then one day we all went to train and you were gone. We all wondered what happened to you. You were one of the best kickboxers around, do you still have a school somewhere?
