I first learned of Stan in the early 1990's , too late to have seen him onstage . My late friend Harold Flagg , an old mariner , who was also a friend of Bob Cusick told me about Stan . I now have most of his recorded music and listen over & over again . I do follow Garnet whenever he's in the greater Boston area and never tire of hearing about Stan --Thanks for posting this terrific video
Thanks for posting this. I heard Stans music long ago from a documentary on Franklins expedition. The music haunted me (One Warm Line) and I am glad to have heard his other splendid music.
Thanks so much for uploading this. Northwest Passage has always been one of my all-time favourite songs, I'm grateful for knowing his music, he's greatly missed. A true Canadian, through and through.

Rise Again - what a great story! I've always suspected it and now here's proof, MUSIC SAVES LIVES!

This rendition puts me in mind of the Gordon Lightfoot trios when he was in his prime - what a treasure Stan was/is.

I learned about Stan Rogers 27 years after his death. I hope his legend lives on for years to come.
