Day one of training the early progressions for the planche. I did 10 sets of tuck planches ranging from the flat back seen here to a "ball planche" which was easier to hold for time. I think I need to lift my hips up further. Wrist flexibility prevents me from performing this on the floor. Date 03/07/2009.

  • @BodyweightDem0n i agree with you wholeheartedly, the planche was the first thing on my list of bodyweight exercises to perform, and i ended up achieving the front lever, human flag, dragon flag, and ring/bar muscle up long before, even though i started them at a later time..

    i still can't hold a decent straddle planche to this day..haha but good luck to you!
