How to play Call of Duty 4 PC with a 360 controller

I know there is a lot of videos like this but mine shows how to hold buttons for commends w/o using Pinnacle. Pinnacle is another program to use but it only last for 30 days. Make sure you follow ALL steps.

Mapping the 360 controller:
L Trigger = Aim Down Sight
R Trigger = Fire
LeftStick Click = Sprint/Hold Breath
RightStick Click = Melee
D-Pad Left = Grenade Launcher
D-Pad Right = Equipment
D-Pad Down = C4 (singleplayer)/Airstrike (mutliplayer)
D-Pad Up = Nightvision
A = Stand/Jump
B = Crouch/Prone (Hold)
X = Reload/Use (Hold)
Y = Switch Weapons
L Bumper = Special Grenade
R Bumper = Frag Grenade
Back = Scoreboard/Objectives
Start = Pause Game

Any infomation or steps I forgot please comment

@V33SB1 Increase/Decrease the mouse sensitivity in the options menu ingame. ;P

@iceto0o0o you have to right click the exe...then hit properties...then click on Compatibility & check "Run this program in compatibility mode for :" and select "Windows XP (Service Pack 2)" & then hit apply then ok

For me it works great but when i aim and shoot the sensitivity goes up and i can't hit the enemy. changing the controller doesn't help. so any ideas?
