Anand, The King of Chess

Viswanathan Anand beat his Russian opponent Vladimir Kramnik in the World Chess Championship in Bonn on Wednesday to retain his world title.

Anand retained the title after ending the 11th game with Russias Vladimir Kramnik in a draw to reach 6.5 points against the Russian's 4.5.

@sharpnova2 OK that's cool I get where you're coming at now. Races are by default not identical, neither scientifically nor socially. We can argue about the potential, but yeah I agree it's stupid to pretend that race is "not a factor" in any situation.

Going along with what you clarified, there is a huge difference between an ignorant supremacist (which can be any race) and a racist in your terms. That's why I was mystified at first.

My racism (assuming that my viewpoint would be considered racist) is based on the opposite of ignorance.

I base it on countless studies showing differences in brain size and scores on standardized tests.

I'm white. Asians score higher than whites. That increases the probability that i'm not ignorantly racist or that the tests are biased in favor of white supremacists.

@sharpnova2 Yes you really should define what you mean by "racism." I don't care if somebody believes in stereotypes, whatever. I do have a problem with people who are blatantly ignorant/xenophobic, however.

I can't really follow up on your comment because you said "white people are more intelligent than white people." But assuming you meant all other races, such claims requires scientific facts for others to take you seriously.

And when I said logical I didn't mean inevitable and natural, though it is those things as well.

When I say logical I mean that it is a correct and rational view.

But it's important to define terms.

@sharpnova2 Racism is inevitable and natural yes; I wouldn't say it's "logical." That's like saying being extreme about religion makes you logical. Being extreme about anything isn't logical.

I don't see the point behind your bashing of political correctness either. So if there was NO political correctness we should all encourage segregation and all minorities should be slaves?

Racism has to do with YOU, not society.
