I have gone raw but I still use a small amount egg white, beef isolate and every veggie protein I can find. I also drink most of my greens to avoid digestive issues. I drink a lot of water and eat a wide variety of regular and sprouted seeds. Doing all of this has allowed me to eliminate meat and be able to maintain a modest lifestyle. I have slowed down in everything so I can avoid meat. Heavy body building almost necessitates the use of meat, eggs and dairy. So I do meditative workouts.

i felt my legs tingling all the time during workouts and i think this was cartilage growth in hind sight. i was takin gaba before goin raw . but the gaba or the raw food seemed to stimutate growth and i dont think is gaba lol . i didnt bother to logg this cause it was just my lil thing and if u know any people who are adhd then my actions arent a surprise . i still dont have a day logg . but i will measure myself again in december .. i know it sounds bogus but i dont care .

The cure for ADD/ADHD is to chelate mercury(from vaccines,silver fillings),kill candida,fix hormonal imbalances,and fix nutritional deficiencies,take nootropics(natural ones)
I'm just wondering, why do you think you need animal protein to thrive? Do you think protein is better when its processed through another animal first?

research the difference between protein and amino acids, greens versus meats, you'll be surprised. A month of giving up meat and I was painfree, no more crutches, and no more wheelchair for my arthritis-riddled body. 6 months later I went hiking in the mountains.
