1980 BMW R65, note the puff of smoke from a drop of brake fluid hitting the exhaust. We'll have to get that taken care of. He's sporting a blaze orange olympia touring jacket, as accented by a modular KBC helmet. www.airheads.org
Older BMW's have a "0" value dropped from the name of the bike. So an R100 is 1000 CC. This R65 is 650 CC. an R50 is 500 CC. This is true after about 1991-94, when BMW went to R1100 (oilhead) and K1100 designations.
what's the value of the engine? (ccm)
