or this green Shell,dont know what this is but you can sell it for 10k... i need it for the hamer but cant get another >_>

btw: Do you know where to get a green Ticket which is needed for upgrading GS?

This is the quest which drops tons of espinas horns in reward. I think this is a frontier quest, hr 51, subs are cut his horn and tail, and the main target is capture espinas.

Which green ticket? If it is a memo メモ one, you need hr 61 monsters.

There is a Duo Rathalos Frontier quest which gives Memo tickets everytime and otherwise Id say spamming Gravios or Hypnok is the best option.
