@HeroMaryah Some cats just have a higher prey drive than others. I recently got a new kitten and I wouldn't trust her around my birds either. Some cats just love to chase anything that moves whereas others, like my cat in the video, have little interest in playing or hunting, too lazy. :P So yeah, you can try to get your kitten used to the bird by keeping her on a harness and seeing if things improve. If not, it's probably best just to keep the cat locked out when you have the bird out.

@HeroMaryah Yeah most cats not properly introduced to birds at a young age will act this way, it is natural, never let your bird out when the cat is around.

aww cute! My cat is the same way. He watches my bird and guinea pigs sometimes. He's not even interested in them! lol! He does however like to snuggle up with our guinea pigs when we are holding them hehe! Its really cute!
Hahaha. I love how the cat is trying to ignore the bird. x3

My cats are terrified of my birds. It's pretty funny to watch! "OMG! WHAT IS IT! FLEEEEEEEE!'
