I disagree. Specter did everything he did for political expediency. He is a poster boy for dishonest politicians who want to make a living on holding political office. Good Riddance!

I really like Arlen. He's done a lot for Pennsylvania and dems in general, even as a republican. He deserves respect. He made many tough and gutsy decisions in his career. This man is a political icon and I, for one appreciate his contributions.

When you switch parties and flip flop as much as Arlen Specter has, the idea that he's working for the best of the people has faded away. He's just riding the waves of political support for either party when it comes around to stay in office and in power. GOODBAI ARLEN. GOOODBAIIIIIIIIII.
