subscriber websites, good or bad?

recently I got a message from someone showing me a subscriber website. While I was thrilled to know that someone really liked my channel and the videos I upload, I was also upset about these subscriber websites. if you ask me its wrong,lazy, and uncreative. I think it might just be spam but I want to hear from you guys.

Its a scam dont do it it's pretty much a virus don't do it and liked it and i did one i woke up the next morning i was hacked so dont do it
