  • Yes, stop thinking about "who created God" because it's proof that our theory about needing him to create the universe is bullshit.

  • he created us in his image, perfect, as you said in the video.

Obviously not, if we did bad things from the very start. Couple of the pics in your video were atrocities committed IN THE NAME OF GOD?

All this video is is just straight up reading the bible. A book written not by God, but by man. Being written by a man makes it pretty much null and void in the first place, God > Man, right? If written by God, the bible is perfect in every single way. Dont make me start a list to show God's faults

  • Of course ;)

  • so you believe that something formed out of nothing? Do you doubt that an artist painted a picture when you look at it. How can you look at the complexity of life and and doubt that their was an intellent designer?

  • after all, if we know the creator exists from tangible personal experiences, then its wise to trust what he says about how it all began because he's the only one who was there to see it all happen. according to modern science, the universe isn't eternal. it has a particular point in time when it all began. so i dont know what substantiates that statement. i appolagise that my answer to your question wasn't adequate. but nonetheless, thank you very much for this discussion.

  • its good to know that you are open minded. but i suppose christians are probably not changing their ideas because of how certain they are about what they already know and believe. belief/faith doesnt pop outa nowhere and its the intimate relationship with the creator that makes them put so much faith in him.

  • I am looking for an answer to my question, but it is not in god. It's in the natural world, do I believe this all happened by chance? Then like your belief that god is eternal, I also believe the universe is. I am also changing my theories constantly, trying to be open about life and accepting new idea's frequently, it scares me that christians can't do this.

  • liontroy, you're not looking for an answer to your question, you're just here to argue. my belief in god is very logical. not everything needs to have a creator. anything that is creatED needs to have a creator. all i'm saying is that everything in the world is too complex to have just appeared. so there must be a creator. but if the creator is beyond time and space. then he is not created and therefore has no creator.
