@thoughtsmedia The cobber tube is a tube that makes it impossible to get to components like the CPU. It's integrated in most factory built PC's.

My harddisk just died (after >2 years of usage). It was not detected by Bios. Is it hard to change the harddisk? I haven't call Dell but I'm sure they would charge at least twice the market price for replacing the harddisk.

@kelvinyamcs I didn't see any obvious way of getting at the hard drive, so it would take some work, but it's probably doable if you have enough patience.

@ThoughtsMedia
I had found another video on "opening" the Studio Hybrid. I have removed the hard drive last night. Will get it replaced today.

Hi: I've bought this cpu for my parents the minute it came out. It never had any problems. I've added another gb RAM and I'm running now on 4gb RAM, t6600 2.2ghx win 7 x64. Now I just wanted to add a SSD. I need you help, since I'm looking really hard, but I'm having trouble finding the HDD dimensions. Is it possible to replace the HYBRIDS HDD for a SSD? Please let me know so I can do the swap. Thx a lot in advance!

@taboo84 SSDs are the same size as 2.5" laptop drives. You should have no trouble.
