    Outlook 2010 tips - "Inbox to Zero"

    One of the things of beauty with Microsoft Outlook (relevent to Office365 re: "Cloud") is it's customization. Set it up to align to the approach that works best for you e.g. GTD. I used many of the GTD concepts covered in the video I refer to above. You can also use many methods that suit you personally and set up Outlook accordingly.
