Enya - 'S fagaim mo bhaile

My favourite Enya song (I Want Tomorrow comes a close 2nd). It's just beautiful and very dark, something I only realised after reading the words. I couldn't find 's fagain mo bhaile anywhere on the net so I thought I'd have a go at making a vid putting it up myself - something I've never done before. It took me less than a day to film and throw it together (so be nice, huh?). I could watch grass and wheat blowing in the wind all day, hence the footage.

Thank you for creating this for one of my favourite songs... the agony of the lyrics burn so true for me today as when I first heard them decades ago... I wish no one else would have to feel this depth of personal loss, but am glad Enya was able to put it to song and lyric in such a gentle and empathetic manner for those of us who do experience such pain. Healing, in its compassionate way

Wonderfully put. It's funny how something that reminds us of something we've lost can be so beautiful, though 'hauntingly beautiful' may be the best description for this song, Enya's finest for me. And thank YOU for the comment :)

Hi Bruna, I don't think it's ever been released on an album, though it has appeared on a few b-sides. It was originally released on the 'How Can I Keep from Singing' CD single. Hope this helps :)

Hi gjozefi, it's in a place called Clatterbridge in the north-west of England on the Lord Leverhulme estates. It's my favourite place to go walking and a natural place to film for an Enya video, I think :)
