It's so true the feeling one gets when eating this way is beyond words, I noticed the difference after being raw vegan since October of last year, when I started eating some cooked grains and cereals, my running time slowed down, and I felt full of mucus and developed candidas. So needless to say I am going back to my 100% low fat raw because feeling good and being connected with nature is too important to me. Thanks for the Vid Vic.

@seand11 sorry to take so long to get back to you...finals at school. my lifts at the gym have been all over the place, this is due to training for ultramarathons which I have been running since this video. I did my first ever 300# upper body lifts which was a huge jump for me. Since I have been taking time off of running my lifts are increasing again and I am getting new PBs. With a raw diet you must eat very hard if you are a lifter. as a result many serious lifters eat high raw.

@seand11 I noticed when I first started a drop in performance, but them I learned how to eat. I have had no muscle wasting at all. I have maintained my weight. Proper application of diet and nutrition timing is key. After I run a 100 mile race or two, I am contemplating switching over to powerlifting to make a point of the diet's capacity.
