For low-mid 20's, the JP 93 FSW with 5.2 is popular for guys 170-185 lbs. You can see Scott on his JP 93 in the beginning, and with the "Wolf" (who at ~155-160 rides a 86L Fanatic Freewave) at 1:37 in the video. Not sure about 200 lbs, but hopefully that helps a little...
