Jewel Quest 4: Heritage

When last we took an adventure with Rupert Pack, the Jewel Quest Heritage board had once and for all been rightfully returned to the Pack family after a world-wide adventure that left us seething at the unscrupulous Sebastian Grenard, breathless at the sights and sounds we encountered on our journey, but ultimately triumphant at the recovery of our cherished artifact. But now, just moments ago, all of our hard work to recover the Jewel Quest 4 Heritage board seems to have been for naught.

Hit the trail with Rupert on a journey through the shrines and castles of Hernan Cortes' lore. Swap jewels and collect puzzle pieces to unravel a perplexing web of family history. With over 170 new Jewel Boards, including 3 jewel-swapping modes, new surprises await in every level.

I think I may have found the solution. It looks like I have to be logged in as an administrator to save the game.

@iWinGames1 My file was saved, but none of the progress I made was saved. Yes, I did have to start over from the very first Jewel Board.

@languagenut. OS is operating system, such as Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows Vista..

So just to clarify, each time you relaunch the game, you have to start from the very first Jewel Board? None of the previous jewel boards you complete appear as completed?

I just quit the game and went back on and all my data was gone so this is definitely not an auto save game.

@iWinGames1 I'm on a PC. I'm not sure what an OS is let alone which one I have. Are you sure they auto save? Because, I've had to start my game over again today.

Are you on (Mac or PC) and what OS are you running? As far as I know, all our games auto save upon exiting…but, if you exit in the middle of playing a jewel board, then you will have to restart that jewel board upon relaunch. Jewel board progress is not saved.

I have a question. How do you save the game? I've been playing but I can't figure out how to save it so I have to start over from the beginning. I would appreciate an answer. :)
