A memorable portrait of the Forth Road Bridge, using archive footage of the bridge under construction as well as spectacular new views from the top of the towers and around the structure.
The bridge is designed to flex, expand and contract and a section of the film, recorded using time lapse technology, shows how the deck quite literally undulates to accommodate the load imposed by wind and traffic.
great vid but misses out so much
u think being an official release they could have sourced more archive footage.
MAYBE IF WE ASK NICELY THEY WOULD MAKE A PROPER TRIBUTE TO ONE OF OUR MOST VIEWED LANDMARK

It still looks like crap compared with it's accompanying bridge, no matter how good you try to make it look on video.

I also read teh Fife and Kinross Extra and can;t believe the lack of views - quite an amazing video. They could have made it a bit longer - a bit more history of the bridge, seeing as many ppl died building it including my granfather.

i deliver a local newspaper (The Fife and Kinross Extra), and this video is featured in it. I would have thought that more people than this would have watched it, but there are only about 2800 views at the moment.
