and I am a Muslim .. couldn't agree with you anymore. I am just too stupid to understand why from the day we're born it's bred into us that hindus, muslims and sikhs are enemies. What about 150-200 years ago? @asrarasrar2010: I remember as a kids all these old people at our village in Punjab (especially the old ladies) who would talk so foldly and would get teary eyed, just talking about their childhood friends who went to Pakistan. In their childhood, these people lost their best friends, their homes, their familiar fields and playmates, all because of the "partition". What a great tragedy!

And those expecting punjab as khalistan.. I would like to ask.. Is Nanded in Maharashtra a less sacred place than the harmandir Sahib in Amritsar, punjab..

Surely no. Nanded is a sacred place at par with Nankana Saheb in pakistan or Harmandir Sahib or Patna Sahib in India.

Then if Sikhi is Pan-India, How can the sikhism confine to mere Punjab. It belongs to all of India and all Indians Hindus, Sehejdharis or sikhs all

@ojmoss : m a punjabi and I belong to a family where the eldest son was made a sikh. So why wud a Hindu family make his eldest boy a sardar?? Just becoz the religion was never distinct. Sachche Badshah Guru Gobind Singh ji never said he that he created a different religion but a group of khalas (true in actions) to save the ordinary Indian from autocracies of aurangzeb. I may be a Hindu or a Sikh, but Guru Gobind Singh Ji or Guru Nanak or Guru Teg bahadur is as much of my lord s it is urs...
