@Rafedile Actually I'm not. I've asked my own dermatologist, and seriously every article I've read dermatologists say you are WRONG. Even right here on youtube doctors speak against it. Being premed doesn't make you knowledgeable on this subject. If you were a doctor, or at least past pre med maybe then I'd believe you. But probably not even then.

you look like you're reading a script. also water is proven to do NOTHING for the state of your skin. Dermatologists will tell you this and studies are written up in multiple places. I've read and been told by experts. Sometimes information shouldn't be shared on the internet when it's so misinformed. Which seems to be quite often these days.
