@mypeepeegoeswuuf now im not a dog trainer but i have a GS mix that had the same problem. you should first take your dog somewhere to run and let that energy out,then you take him out of his territory,most dogs feel like guarding it. and then you can start just walking 10 feet next to the other dog,be sure that dogs are on leashes. and if 10 feet is not good, go farther away.when he gets relaxed 10 feet apart from other dog you can come closer,then add more dogs and start walking the together.
