http://www.keithmolloy.com Bryan trains very hard @ 5:30 in the morning before the commute to the City. This clip follows Bryan around a 60 yard, 5 functional, full body strength circuit (20 pushups/ 10 reaching jump squats/ 10 jumping jacks, 10 dumbbell power clean to press, 10 squat jumps-finishing with a run past the cone he started at. He performed 3 circuits (best time 1:37.94) in less than 20 minutes. This kind of full body work will generate a high heart rate response, causing a post exercise fat burn (he'll keep burning fat for up to 24 hours after the work ends). Check it out!

  • Awesome circuit, but form does need to be worked on. Also his feet turn out a lot indicating overactive calves.
