5MinutesCooking: Crab Cake Sandwich

-4 tbsp canned crab meat
-2 slices of toasted bread (white or wheat)
-1 tsp butter
-1 tsp olive oil
-2 tbsp mayonnaise
-1/4 lemon or lime
-pinch of paprika
-pinch of salt
-pinch of pepper

In a small non-stick frying pan at medium heat, pour in the olive oil and butter. Then add crab meat, all the spices, and squeeze in the lemon juice. Let cook for 1 minute, then add in mayonnaise and turn off the heat. Let the crab mixture cool a little bit, then assemble the sandwich.

Your recipes sound great, but it would be nice to put the camara focussing down on the recipes and showing us how your preparing it, The camara is 99% focussing only on you but not on what your doing, In the beggining to introduce yourself is fine, but not the whole video...
