South korea is filled with plastic surgery clinics and hospitals. Everything in print you will find advertisements for plastic surgeries. Koreans are truly the first race of plastic surgeried people. Besides plastic surgeries and kim chi's, there isn't much going on for koreans.

koreans love comestic plastic surgeries and is 17% in the world . That is super high. Go to south korea if you have a huge appetite for a major face overhaul. This is very common for koreans to get in korea.
