True Cinema scope for the home... Stuart finds out a bit more, sort of.... well as much as Philips were prepared to tell him anyway

  • most stupid and maked by totally brainless idiots... we have 16:9 tv's and thats ok (present times standard) but some morons makin and selling BD's in cinema aspect ratio 2.39:1 and that is shit. Why not normal 1.78:1 (16:9)? why we need to watch 2 black belts? almost 45% of the screen is useless, 21 century are times with most stupid people, full of idiots and imbecils, im never buying movies with other aspects than 1.78:1... where the fucking problem is to make full frame 16:9 format BD?

  • I got this Television and you got Zoom capabilities wich is perfect when I'm playing games and watching Tv shows.

For sure later in the future they will create games and tv shows that also includes 21:9 :)

  • i love the end

  • CinemAAAA

  • Frigid was the wrong word...in fact...a weird word.

  • @TechnologyGod Why would they want to force a standardization of it? That would take away the director's free will to shoot in whatever aspect ratio they want. Some things look better in 16:9, some look better in 21:9. If you don't like 21:9, just don't buy it. It's that simple.

  • Any why after all the years of TVs and cameras they have not figured out how to STANDARDIZE THE F-ING ASPECT RATIO is beyond me...
