its a bit harder than bass, because on the bass clarinet there are flaps that go over the key holes, and on clarinet most of the holes are open. this makes it harder to hit some notes, because your fingering has to be precise and not sloppy. too bad mine is very sloppy, and that is why i dont play alto clarinet.

is alto clarinet hard cuz i play bass clarinet but it gives me real bad migranes, but I was thinkin of swicthin to clarinet of alto.

is that from rose 32 etudes.. it's very familiar.. im on number 31 now.. 30 is fun to play and 26 is hard.. but once you perfect it it's fun it sounds great... but im talkin about Bb clarinet so idk if you have the same book

yep, pretty much all TMEA audition materials for any clarinet come from the rose book.

Right at the end he stoped playing but the music keep going. What was that about??? It did sound good.

i recorded this with my digital camera, which isn't the best quality recorder out there. consequently i got some lag in the video. =(
