These are a few Shovelglove moves that I came up with, mostly modified from traditional free weight lifts.
Includes: Pump Water (bent-over row), Over-Head Press, Curl, Tricep Extension, Pull-Over, and Giant Wrench (bench press).

How creative!!! Very nice moves! I'll keep these bookmarked for the day when my p90x-ing starts to make me feel like i've been hit without the glove... then, it'll be back to shovelglovin' and these will be very helpful.
