As soon as I heard this story I immediately assumed three things. . the driver was Hispanic. . had no license, and was drunk. . . Gee what a shock. . all three are true!!! Probably out of work. . . has kids out of wedlock. . .and collects government aid while paying no taxes! WAKE UP AMERICA. . .
