@gunzcontrol might be, but it's kinda weird the robber let go of his gun after the last shot. It looks like he did that so the clerk could just pick it up easely

I think it might be fake. There's no flash from the gun the first time the clerk actually hits him although their were flashes from the guns before. That's all that's convincing me that it's fake...

@sudburylawyer actually even if they are down if they have a gun in their hands they are still a threat and leathal force is still allowed as a last resort. you can fire a gun just as easily from the groung as standing ,I still don't think this is real tho

BTW from a legal standpoint, if you shoot someone after they cease to be a threat, you lose the self defence defence. So no capping them after they are down. Even in Texas.
