Very nice! Did you create a cleanout door to remove ash from the secondary chamber?

Very interesting... Looks great....Thanks for posting... Chris....

Good stuff. Any chance of you posting a drawing of the inside, so we can see how it all works?? Thanks

@Homeengineering From what I've read you're losing alot of potential in not making a "mass" out of the exhaust side. I know your space is small and at the end of the video you mention the mass heater is for larger building that is only half right. From my understanding it produces the same amount of heat but doesnt burn through wood as fast and after the fire goes out your mass keeps the place warm for a long period of time afterward. So if you can find some space under a workbench =]

Your welcome, these create such a strong draft, hence the name rocket stove, that they can and will suck up particles into the chimney flue, I also installed a flue damper just above my clean out door.
They are quite easy to install and would not be a problem for you from seeing your fabrication skills. I like the idea of being able to control the amount of draft.
Not at the moment, but it's easy to make a small access hatch that can be removed to allow access with a shop vac.

I know what you say but I really don,t have any room for "mass" around the heater. If I had more time and money I would have extended the exhaust flue around the building to extract more heat from the flue before exiting the building.

If you do not have an easy clean out access to your ninety degree chimney I would not use those man made presto logs.
I used three of them in my stove and as they would expand and puff up the draft carried the sawdust particles up my heat tube and into the chimney, most of them settled at the ninety degree right angle of the chimney and blocked it off! I had to cut out a slot out of the side of the bottom of the chimney and make an access door so I can clean it in the future. Great job!

@tryin2lhard
Thanks for the info...The only way I can clean out the bottom of the flue is if I dismantle the flue from the stove.
