  • Is the entire performance available?

  • Sorry but this was how it was edited on the original VHS tape but I will check again.

  • @vegatrev Is there anyway you can rerecord this in Higher quality? I'm glad this is loaded but the sound is so quiet and his technique is utterly amazing. It's a shame its so quiet.

  • @ChrisWatch Thank you for your comment. I agree that the sound quality is not the best but the original VHS Tape I have is 25years old and perhaps there is loss of sound quality now. However I have a Realtek Audio Manager on my computer and on the equalizer I have set to' LIVE' and the sound I have is ok but I will look into the possibility of Higher Quality.

  • @SimonCU im not even kidding

  • @wickedliza503 hahah :)

  • he is my uncle no joke.

  • He looks like Olive-Oil from PopEye

  • he's a great lisztian!

  • Wonderful.

  • @TheCinemaization I know others play specific studies better than Ovchinnikov, but as an all around set, considering every single study, his is the best. Richter didn't record the complete set, and Cziffra and Berezovsky's are uneven. The only other complete set that would compare would be Berman's.

  • @DanMarcy1 That would be your opinion.

  • old school .... music always fresh... he has all those traditions.

  • Ovchinnikov plays the best set of the transcendentals. Hands down, no question.
