I think it's without doubt that a subjugating Army like the Pakistani Army of the 1971 War would have carried out the atrocities they are accused of, as would their collaborators, many of whom were Bengali and affiliated to a Muslim order, linked to Pakistan. Most subjugating armies wherever in the world will carry out genocide and similar atrocities. There's no point denying it. I heard horrific stories of P. Army butchering, raping etc just like every invading Army everywhere back then did.
