hey guys! hope you guys like this look ^_^
Materials:
- primer (Too Faced Shadow Insurance)
- black eyeliner (Revlon Colorstay)
- "Tropical Fusion" eyeshadow quad (CoverGirl)
- 3 brushes (ELF shadow, ELF blending, MAC 266)

thank you.. it's always great to use a primer ... you can substitute it with a cream eyeshadow .. i've even see people use a concealer as a base as well.. ^_^

aww luv da colors !!! hey tell me we lways have to wear a prime for eyes or it's okay if we dont? caus i only always put a creamy beige as a prime lolz =$

l'oreal makes a primer called l'oreal de-crease primer.. i believe it's $4.. good luck!
