This is far and away the most expensive six pack I've ever seen in my stores... I'm amazed they don't sell it in 4's... But that's okay, I bought a case and a mini-keg this year, HAH. (and 4 cases of Sierra Nevada Celebration)
Why must all the best IPA's be seasonal?

I would be more than happy to do a similar trade with you. Pliny is a bad ass brew. But then again so is the Hopslam. Hopslam smell is amazing (IMO).

Creamy?

like 2 challenge you to start doing your reviews w/o checking up on ratebbeer, beer advocate etc.i wouldn't ask anyone,i think you (possibly) have the chops?!

Pliny comes in a 500mL bottle and is anywhere between $4.50-$6, depending on where you get it.

I found a small fly in my tulip of Hopslam; needless to say, I continued drinking it. =\

Nice review. I need to pick up some of this and give it a try.
The best thing about beer is that everyone has different tastes, that's what makes it so fun!

Ya, I'm realizing that more and more with people having different tastes, and it is fun!

thanks for the shout-out again ;)
Yeah, I find West Coast to be citrusy and the East Coast to be piney. I'm actually starting to prefer the western stuff.
I liked this one a lot but it just wasn't what I would consider a best of the best (Pliny I would, though!)
Do you get Dogfish Head where you are? If not I'll have to send you some 60 and 90 minute IPAs!
Great video!

I do get Dogfish Head. Their 90min is one of my favorite Double IPAs. Supposedly I had the 60min referring to my beer count but I don't remember having it.
