Bio
Bonfire Madigan Shive er en visjonær cellist, komponist, vokalist, samfunnsaktivist og internasjonalt turnerende musiker fra USA.
Hun startet på cello ni år gammel, som femtenåring komponerte hun sin egen musikk og som medlem av Pacific Northwest Riot Grrrl scenen utga musikk på banebrytende uavhengige plateselskaper som K og Kill Rock Stars. Shive etablerte seg etterhvert som en enestående og innovativ utøver som blander folk, punk, klassisk og avant-barokk. Hennes album inkluderer Sew True, ... from the Burnpile, Saddle the Bridge, Plays for Change og i Bleed: a Decade of Song.
