for all you idiots who think he's not sitting right, it's called a half seat! and it's perfectly fine! so go worry about your faults before you worry about other peoples!
-
everybody lay off
pretty sure this guy has trained the horse to jump and if you think he's riding so badly why is the horse going around so beautifully
can't wait to see you ride

looks like a very nice horse (: guys needs to get the horse between his hand and leg more though. The horse looks like he's just plodding round.

people, the rider is fine. if you notice and watch carefully the horse has uneven movement. He speeds up, or surges. hard to ride when they do that and sometimes when you give a small releasr the horse won't charge after he lands

does he adjust to new riders easily? or does he take a while to get used to you. i need him to be ready for showing at training level eventing by next summer if im interested in buying. also would you say he is a pleasant ride or does he take some hard work to get him to sttle?

lay off! the rider is very good! and after reading your comments I would like to see you ride! I don't really think you can do it any better. And for all of you that said he isn't sitting right, YOU need more lessons! and he does release, releasing dosen't mean you should throw your hands up to the horse's ears, he is a very soft rider, he moves with the horse!

he looks and moves exactly like my old horse. my trainer sold him and i'll do absoloutly ANYTHING to get him back. shes an idiot i hope that creep gets what she deserves

Exactly, they do it over fences, not on the ground.
The more forward you lean, the more weight you put on the horse's front legs, making the movement harder. I'm not saying they shouldn't move forward at all, but not as much as this. Perhaps it is better for this particular horse, I don't know. But in general, it's more correct to ride sitting up straight with the shoulders back rather than leaning out of the saddle.
i totally agree he needs to release more! does he have a sensitive back? can u sit on him? the guys was practically standing in his irons!

No problem with the horse back, the problem was in the rider - guy had a low-back pain.
