Been there, done that,....you're probably 12 and been in the Marine Corps a minute,...you unfortunately don't know much,...just came back from Iraq where everyone that was in my "parent unit" kicked ass,..and btw, "parent unit" isn't a unit full of parents,...it's your old command when on a TAD status terd. Thought I would clear up any misconceptions before they arose,...rah,...

the ones that are doing the "same stuff as the grunts" have to be supervised like little kids and shoot at stuff that's not there. . . trust me I know. Okay, so they are still Marines, but they aint no grunts

yea, all grunts have a lot of time on their hands, 80percent of it is boredom the other 20 is getting shot at. We all get our weekends taken away.
