nice video it helped but i have trouble with actually generating the spin

The key to hitting topspin is to start low with your racket head and finish high. As you move the racket forward from low to high you are brushing up on the ball which causes topspin. I use the western grip now for my forehand which really helped when I changed from continental. This helped me to hit more topspin also. Hope this helps.

thanks ill give the western grip a shot. i have been using continental and it hasn't been giving me the results i would like to see. i would also love it if you could make a video about serving.

i orefer give super topspin you need to do all that just hitting hard the ball and with more topspin it will go down faster so it pass the net faster

Motion is wrong after u brush up u need to follow through over your shoulder instead of windshield wiper. This adds more spin
