  • In my serving motion, I think I fully transfer weight onto my right side at the bottom of the knee bend, and then pump up and forward using my right leg. In other instruction, I see advice to pump up evenly using both legs. Which is correct?

  • Most of the weight is transferred from the right leg, but you want to use both legs to get the most vertical acceleration as possible.
