No, WEP is by far too weak.
KIsMAC can crack a WEP key in seconds (+ collection of data)
AirCrack-ng 1.1 is even faster
What you NEED to do is:
Switch to WPA2
Do not use a dummy password, i.e the ones found a dictionary or crack lists
Make it 15 or 16 ch mini (takes up to 63),with Numbers, Upper , Lower and Signs.
If you reach 25 ch , you'll have 3.93634E+52 possibilities.
