@TheSteezyGaming shinycow is a noob botter, he doesnt have any skills, so he needs his mother to put a bot on his console. And yeah, the wammy bar moves because the bot only does the notes, he is just wammying to look like it's real. I've completed this one in expert, but not 100%, just 94% of the all notes hit WITHOUT noob bots.
