Can you please help me.. I got so far but I don't get the localhost part you said drag it into your maplestory folder, I got that it's in my Maplestory Global v55 folder in C/Nexon/Maplestory Global v55, but how do you put it onto the navicat? It doesn't pop up on mine. Please help me ASAP.

oh you just open hamachi and wampserver again, then you open your maplestoryserver with C++ then debug again. So your console thingy will appear. Then use Dxwnd. Double click the localhost and there you go! Just continue this procedure.
