When I go real heavy, I do 4-6-8. but my usual rep range with heavy-moderate weight is 10-12 :)

@Deonnh yea you prolly can if the reps are more controlled reps I tend to train in the 10-12 range aswell as the 4-6 range because I find doing both helps stimulate the muscle more. Aswell as I want to be strong and look strong haha.
