Whoops! Serves me right for trying to be so clever. She was last in Cobh on Trafalgar Day, 21st October 2009, not 2008, so has been in passenger service since 2004.

Nice video, but a couple of factual errors. She is 9 years old, not 3, but has been in passenger service for 8 years. She was last in Cobh in 3 years ago in 2008 on her fifth anniversary cruise around Britain (I was lucky to be on board and found Cobh delightful). She was built in St Nazaire in France, not Hamburg, although she does go to drydock in Hamburg. She is currently on her second Round Britain cruise.

Nice commentary on your video, she left Southampton later than planned for Cherbourg and tomorrow she is due to arrive in Liverpool.

Very nice video. Big Mary is certainly beautiful and a most remarkable Liner but she will never be as beautiful, fast and strong as her auntie the QE2. QE2 rules the waves!
