BusRadio advertises 90210 to kids.

BusRadio is a controversial company that is making money by compelling students, down to first grade, to listen to advertising on their school bus ride. BusRadio claims to be "age-appropriate" but they often play music by groups known for their explicit lyrics. September 2008 BusRadio.com was heavily advertising the sexy new remake of 90210. I am absolutely surprised that you still do not see that the BR vs. AM/FM radio "decision" is a false dilemma. I know I was perfectly fine for six years without having anything playing on the bus.

I went to public school from 1995 to 2008. I went on the school bus from 2002 to 2008. Not once did the radio ever play in our school bus. I know I was perfectly happy.

Presenting BR and AM/FM radio as the only two options is a false dilemma. There are many more options, including public-domain classical music, school news, or even good old silence.

I agree that there's a lot of trash on TV these days. My major problem is that children are being FORCED by the GOVERNMENT to watch third-party advertisements. Don't have a taste for popular music? Too bad.  Prefer to sleep, pray, or meditate before starting the school day? Try again. This is unacceptable, especially for PUBLIC institutions. It's even more unacceptable that BR has "clean" edits of songs by dirty artists and ads for children, WITH NO WAY TO OPT OUT.

Bus Radio is made for kids to have fun and enjoy subtable music for kids. Also BusRadio isn't like they don't get that from t.v. And on T.V is MUCH worse! So are you gonna start going 'Nag Nag Nag T.V is bad Nag Nag Nag.' Also BusRadio dose not play horrible music! They are just their for fun. SO WHAT GIVES YOU THE RIGHT TO TELL THEM TO GET RID OF BUSRADIO!!!!

Do you really think that you are going to change how any child sees advertisements? Children will not change how they feel advertisements, and you take some things way to far. The people at BusRadio are making fun entries that get kids interested into different shows. Would you rather have them be looking on a radio station that is full of ads for condoms? You cannot change what kids are listening to, its our generations fault, not BusRadio. No matter what you say nothing is going to change.

To think that people my age went out and watched 90210 after seeing ads like this. Two exclamation points, that's just rich, just splendid! Horrible TV shows meet horrible grammar!
