From John Peel's session, 1983. Long intro, but well worth waiting for.

  • I do not want to appear as a know-all—actually most of the time I am keeping my mouth/keyboard shut and simply enjoy your uploads—but this is not "Hazel" but "Hearsay Please".

  • You're right ! Unbelievable 4AD f*ck-up ! This was taken from a bonus track from the CD of "Garlands", and it is distinctly labelled "Hazel". Well I should have noticed instead of just blindly writing it down ! Thank you for pointing this out, and I have duly changed the title.

I've got the BBC Sessions Cocteau Twins double CD, and it is correctly labelled on that. The only trouble is the BBC Copyright Gestapo won't allow me to upload anything from it.

  • might I add that in my opinion this powerful masterpiece is betrayed if not heard via stereo surround sound, with high base levels, at a hefty volume! sheerBliss
