@hollywoodozz This will work on a tube TV aslong as your aera hasn't switched to digital only. If it has a digital converter box will be needed to receive a viewable picture. Im guessing your in the States so this website will show all current channels in your area transition[dot]fcc[dot]gov/mb/engineering/maps/

when you do a closeup of the connector block it looks as though the sheathing on either end is used for both connectors and the copper core is simply trimed flush, is this correct? also can you add vhf to this design

@sorebuttcheek The copper core has to be inserted in one side of the connector and the sheathing twisted and inserted into the other one. it looks like its been trimmed but this is to stop the sheathing from accidentally touching the copper core.
yes you can also add vhf to this, by extending the boom about 9 feet and adding longer elements according to what frequencies you want to pick up

hi...how do you compute for the length of your designed antenna? and is it capturing signals starting 60 Mhz?...tnx in advance

@0923rio I copied the dimensions from an antenna you can buy from the store.
yes you can mod this antenna to pick up signals starting at 60 Mhz, by increasing the size of the boom and elements.

Thanks
Made an antenna and it works perfectly picking up the digital TV signal in the UK.
