Sukulaiseni Kanadasta (setäni lapset Elaine ja Rick) todella pitivät tästä kappaleesta. Elaine halusi ehdottomasti saada mukaansa Kanadaan. Eivät osaa juurikaan suomea, mutta nyt huomasivat kuinka hieno kieli tämä on. Elaine alkaa opiskella suomea jos Vancouverissa on mahdollista. Hyvä! Kiitos Jenni, Sinulla on todella sielukas ääni, kiitos Mariska, kauniit sanat! On hienoa että olette!

@cttnjrry I was thinking, I never saw hills like that in Finland. So I guess you're right. But still. I have been in Kevo, that was beautiful. Maybe my next hike is in Norway. I like the Sami area so much.

Nyt Elaine jo osaa aika paljon suomea. Hän lausuu kummallisesti kaikki ä- ja ö-kirjaimia sisältävät sanat. Hän ei enää suostu kirjoittamaan englanniksi vaan vaatii minulta suomea. Sanoi että kun kuuntelee tätä kappaletta, tulee ikävä Suomeen tapaamaan meitä. Sen te perskeles Jenni ja Mariska teitte! Kiitos kun teitte.

@Mandrin178 The word behind "muruseni" is actually "murunen", not "muru". It is a diminutive form of the word "muru". Otherwise the title would be "Missä muruni on".
...except, that the photos taken aren´t from Finland. They are from Norway.

@cttnjrry .....except, that about 6 of these photos are from Norway but most of them are from Kilpisjärvi, Finland

when I search for a translation for "muru", I get the English word "crumb" ('cause there's no dict. for fin-german)... but i guess the singer does not sing "where is my crumb" ... Could anyone tell me what it means?

@Mandrin178 "muru" means also crumb but in this song it means for example darling and in german it could be e.g. herzchen or liebling

@nina946 my Finnish girlfriend called me "muru" (so this means it means darling I hope, but, if I remember correctly it also refers to the fact that you have dark hair)

@Jesteria78 dark hair?? I don't think so... or at least I haven't ever heard anything like that?
