  • If Michigan and Florida supers are seated with full voting powers, Obama with then have 2090.5 delegates in the bag, just 40.25 (super) delegates short of the new magic number.

    If Michigan and Florida supers are seated with half voting powers, that would put Obama even closer: just 39 (super) delegates from triumph.

  • You can't looks at wins in current elections to see who can better beat mccain. There's a lot of campaigning to do before the general election.

    and this is essentially terry saying, "look, we know hillary is your second choice, but she has a better chance of winning" (of someone in second place)

  • Trouble is Hillary is winning the states that Barack Hussein Obama needs in November.

  • Please note that I said that while WE might not care about that old stuff, there are plenty of people out there who do. People who vote in Dem primaries don't care about that stuff, but Reps and Independents do. There's a HUGE difference between primary voters and the general electorate. It doesn't matter anyway. This was Hillary's race to lose, and she lost it. And it's bad form to stoop to name-calling just because you have no argument.

  • I'm waiting to see Edwards show up on my TV some night at like 2am telling me about an exciting real estate opportunity in Florida, or telling me how "even I can beat hair loss!"

All this stuff you mention is such crap, all old, and despite it all Clinton cruised in '96, she cruised to victories in NY, carrying upstate which is republican territory....in this cycle she's won all the crucial swing states except NV (and that's a caucus state, I'd like to have seen what would've happened if it was a primary), and you're still trotting this stuff out as if it's relevant. You are a true moron.

  • Given Bill, Whitewater, her shady cattle futures deals, Vince Foster, Bill's sleazy last-minute pardons (brokered by Hill's brothers), and truckloads more baggage, Hillary is clearly the only Dem who could LOSE this general election. WE may not care about any of that stuff, and Obama hasn't brought it up during the primaries, but there are LOADS of voters who LOATHE the Clintons because of all that. The Reps would hammer away at it, these voters would come out in droves, and she would lose.
